Türk Kahvesi nasıl Yapılır İngilizce tarifi

2013-12-16 10:34:00

Türk Kahvesi nasıl Yapılır İngilizce tarifi   HOW TO MAKE TURKISH COFFEE You will need to have a Turkish coffee pot, a spoon, sugar and coffee that has been ground to a fine powder.  Although most people use the Arabica beans, it really doesn’t matter what kind of coffee you use.  However, it should be a medium roast, because you will actually roast it again while making it. You can get the Turkish coffee in several different ways:   A. Purchase a special Turkish Grinder (regular electric grinders with blades spinning at a high speed will NOT do the job) and grind the coffee yourself.  We do have these available at our store if you are interested. B. Grind it at your local grocery store!  Yes, that’s right.  You may not have noticed, but most grinders (99.9%) at your local grocery store in the U.S. have a Turkish coffee setting!  Just select the “Turkish Coffee” setting and grind your beans. C. Buy it ready made from Turkish Coffee World.  We sell it in our store but you can also find it at most Mediterranean stores if you live in a big city. Preparation   Measure the amount of cold water you will need. Place your pot of water on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high (just until the water heats up). Add about 1-2 heaping tea spoons (or 1 tablespoon) of coffee per demitasse cup (3 oz).  Do not stir it yet. Just let the coffee “float” on the surface because if you stir it now you might cause it to clump up. Add sugar to taste. Do not stir it yet, Let the water warm up little bit as above. When the coffee starts to sink into the water and the water is warm enough to dissolve your sugar,  stir it several times and then turn down the heat to low.  You should stir it several times, up until it your brew starts to foam (you can also vigorously move your spoon side to side to encourage to ... İngilizce Mantı yapımı Tarifi

İngilizce Mantı yapımı Tarifi Manti – Turkish Meat Ravioli Recipe Flavors of Turkey Total time: 30 to 60 minutes Preparation time: 30 minutes   Regional variations This recipe is known under the same name in the various regions of Anatoly. Originally from Central Asia ravioli are considered a main dish and not a first course. They can be served with their cooking liquid or drained and served with a sauce. Here nothing is wasted: if the cooking water isn’t used it’s saved and serves as the base for a soup. In the Bolu region yogurt and tomato sauce are replaced by a mixture of dried cheese and chopped walnuts. Half a teacup full of “kes” or dried cheese is combined with 2 teacups of chopped walnuts. The mixture is served on drained ravioli and everything is drizzled with melted butter. The ravioli are then eaten with dried fruit paste or pickled vegetables. In other regions tomato sauce is replaced with a mixture of melted butter seasoned with paprika that has been heated briefly in the skillet. Manti is a meal in itself and serves as a typical Sunday lunch – requiring a siesta afterwards! The ravioli are often made one at a time by hand. This is a quicker version. Ingredients - 550 g (20 oz.) or 5 glassfuls of flour – 3 tsp. salt – 2 eggs – 10 2/3 glassfuls of water – 2 small onions – 20 g (2/3 oz.) or 1/3 bunch parsley – 250 g (9 oz.) ground meat – 1 large tomato – 6 tbsp. butter or margarine – 1/2 tsp. paprika – 1/2 tsp. pepper – 6 cloves of garlic – 660 g (22 oz.) yogurt Method 1. YOGURT NASIL YAPILIR İNGİLİZCE TARİFİ

Yogurt Nasıl Yapılır İngilizce How to Make Yogurt at Home We’ve been making our own yogurt for about a month now and we don’t think we’ll ever go back. Not only does it actually save us money, but the yogurt is seriously good. The method we’ve adopted is very basic – no special ingredients or fancy incubating equipment required. We had no idea homemade yogurt could be this easy! Once you have the basic method down, there are all sorts of tweaks and changes you can make. Some people like to add dry milk powder or gelatin for extra thickness, others like to strain off the liquid whey for a dense Greek-style yogurt. Using different brands of commercial yogurt to culture the milk can also give you subtly different flavors and nutritional benefits. We’ll be talking about all this and more in the coming days. What’s your favorite method for making yogurt? What You Need Ingredients • 1/2 gallon milk – whole or 2% are best, but skim can also be used • 1/2 cup commercial yogurt – be sure that the yogurt contains active cultures Equipment   • a sauce pan or dutch oven with a lid – large enough to hold 1/2 gallon of milk with a few inches of head room • spatula • thermometer – a candy thermometer that clips on the side of the pan is best, but an instant read thermometer is also fine • small bowl • whisk • an incubator – this can be anything from the dutch oven used to heat the milk to a commercial yogurt machine (more on this in Step 4 below) Instructions 1. Heat the Milk – In your saucepan or dutch oven, heat the milk to right below boiling, 200°F. Stir the milk gently as it heats to make sure the bottom doesn’t scorch and the milk doesn’t boil over. According to the National Center for Home Food Preservation, this heating step is necessary to change the protein structure in the milk ... Devamı

ELMA ŞEKERİNİN YAPILIŞI İNGİLİZCE TARİFİ

How to make candy apple Elma şekeri yapımı İngilizce Of course you’ll need APPLES!!! But not all apples are created candy-worthy.  Here’s a quick list of some great ones to look for: Fuji: firm and sweet, my personal favorite all-around apple Granny Smith: green and tart, awesome for candy apples for both of these reasons! Braeburn:  firm and sweetly tart Golden Delicious: firm and sweet Jonathan:  firm and sweetly tart Jonagold: A hybrid of Jonathan and Golden Delicious, firm skin, tangy-sweet Lady: firm, sweetly tart McIntosh: firm, sweetly tart If you can, get your apples direct from an orchard (apple-picking is a perfect activity for friends and family!), and I’ll tell you why.  Smaller apples make better candied snacks, and are hard to find in American Supermarkets.  Also, many apples you’ll find at the grocery store have a wax coating that can inhibit the candy from sticking to the apple – bad news!  If this is your only option, though, you can remove the wax coating by dipping the apples in a bath of boiling water and rubbing the wax off.  And of course, it’s always better to support your local growers – so buy locally!   To candy-up 6 apples, you’ll need: 1/2 c (120mL) light corn syrup 2 c (480 mL) sugar – your choice on brown v. white.  I use some of each, but all brown can be more susceptible to burning. 3/4c (180 mL) water Food coloring (opt.) – red is traditional, but any color works! Toppings!!!  I used toffee pieces, mini chocolate chips, sprinkles, candy corn, red hots, and gummi bears!  Just go crazy.  I mean, really, they’re CANDY APPLES! Additionally, make sure you have the following things at hand before you get... Devamı
